6. How to Exercise Your Rights

Email support@naybia.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our site footer to opt out of sale/sharing.

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we may extend by a further 45 days and will tell you why. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will only use the information you provide for verification.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of authorization and may still require you to verify your own identity.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a valid opt-out of sale/sharing for the browser transmitting the signal.

Exercising these rights is free.

Several of these states also provide a right to appeal a denied request — if we deny your request, our response will explain how to appeal. Submit any such request the same way, to support@naybia.com.
